What are your goals with this cycle? If shredding, you can do like 250 test/250 tren and 50mg Var instead of mast. If bulking, keep cycle the same but use Var or tbol or dbol if you like those water gains.
Really up to you, as everyone responds uniquely to each compound.

Everyone pretty much covered it. Although your weight may not be astronomically higher, this very ‘wet’ cycle is going to absolutely shit on your cardio. If running is important to you, drop the deca and dbol and run Test and tbol or var. Even then, your running will suffer to some extent. Be aware that Deca is going to take an absurdly long time to leave your system.

[/quote]Agree with this. Especially for your first tren run, you will absolutely feel it even at 25mg/day. The biggest thing you want to avoid, especially on your first run, are the mental sides that come with tren. Almost everyone ignores this, and they think “ah I’m a chill guy, I’ll just make sure the tren doesn’t affect me mentally.” Problem is, your entire personality will very slowly but surely change over the weeks, and by the end of the run you’ll realize how much different you’re acting. This will likely happen on 25mg/day, and will be much worse with a higher dose. Tread carefully, and err on the side of caution. Take care brother.

When I would PCT, I’d get a moderately sized breakout from the hormonal shifts and clomid. You’re basically at rock bottom right now, so it will probably start getting better over the next few weeks.

There are quite a few topics on Test U if you use the search function. Most guys seem to agree that every 2-3 weeks is the optimal dosing if it’s in castor oil, but ymmv.

It’s never recommended to run Tren E on your first time, and I do not agree with your reasoning for not running Tren A. But if that’s what you want to do, then so be it. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
Are you sure your research is “extensive?” Most people who really take a critical and objective look at Tren end up never touching it again, especially if you aren’t competing.
Can’t comment on the deca.
I’m assuming you’re going to cruise afterwards, and not going to try and pct.

Body weight 175 and 10-12%BF. Cardio involves low-mid intensity running 4-6x per week. RHR is highly variable depending on sleep, diet, genetics and how hard you’ve recently trained. Back in my college running days, my RHR could be as low as 40-50 in the morning. Now it can be around 55-65 in the morning if I didn’t do a heavy set of squats or deads the day before.

250mg is not anywhere near a real cruise for the vast majority of people
