First time customer with him, but am a long time SST source user. Ordering was easy and I received my pack 3 business days after paying. There was a small issue with the order and he responded to my email almost immediately and offered to fix the issue plain and simple. Received the second pack 2 days later. So fast that I wouldn’t have been surprised if the return address was right across the street from me. 10/10
