Reducing Plaque Build Up In Arteries?

  • So I believe I read that steroids increase plaque build up in arteries.

How can this be accounted for when on cycle?

I assume having a low fat, low cholesterol diet would be good, and the fats eaten should be “good” fats. In addition cardio would help. These probably would be good for life as well, it couldn’t hurt.

Are there any other options I can use whenever I do go on cycle?

  • low fat isn’t needed, but I’d make sure you’re getting a good amount of your fat from mono and poly unsaturated surces, and plenty of omega 3. other than that, Vitamin K2 MK-7 and pomegranate juice. Dante Trudel has good info about this on his instagram.

A statin most certainly would help. Personally I’ve been taking red yeast rice twice a day. Anecdotally I feel great and my bp has come down from ~160/80’s to
    ~120-130/60-70.
