Show me the best bulking cycle!

  • Tax time is upon us, so we all know what that means! It’s time to put together that list of gear to buy. I really want to have a kickass bulking cycle and I’m getting a lot of different opinions from people outside of SST, but I want to know what bulking cycles have worked really well for you guys to gain some weight.

  • 6 weeks into 500 test/600 Deca/1G EQ kickstarted with mTren. Some people would say up the test but I really don’t respond well to it. If you do try 1g/6-800/1G

    Haven’t fully saturated yet, but the gains are already coming. Definitely recommend.

    Starting to bloat a bit as expected, I’m guessing that by the 16 week mark I’ll be a little fatter than I’d like and will probably run 6-8 weeks of test p/tren a/low dose npp maybe sdrol to really polish it off.

  • Proper programming, caloric surplus, high protein, moderate to high carb, fat is negligible. Drugs are 1% of the process. I’ve bulked hard on cruising doses of Test with low dose Anadrol thrown in and just enough Deca to (placebo mostly) help my elbows and knees stay happy. I have been at this for 7ish years with gear and found out that none of it matters if the training and nutrition are not there, whether you like to hear that or not. Make those two things your priority and you will go far on less drugs. Plenty of reputable folks agree with this ideology and my elite PL total tells me I’m doing something right. Good luck.

  • I understand nutrition and exercise are the most important, but sometimes it’s nice to get that extra boost which is why we’re all here.

  • Deca/test/anadrol has been good to me so far. Much less sides compared to tren for me.

    ^^^^ agree totally. I have also found that bulking for bulking sake doesn’t really work for me (although I admit my orals experience is non existent)
    Any time I have run a classic “bulking cycle” it just meant more work when I wanted to cut. And the longer I had to wear sweatshirts .lol
    Muscle still takes time and training and nutrition to grow. Everyone has different looks and goals they are trying to achieve. I have done lean bulks, dirty bulks and cruises. What I don’t like is bulking 15-20 lbs and then busting my ass to cut 12-15.lbs… I’d rather bulk 10-12 lbs and then only have to cut 6-8. And 4-6lbs of lean pure mass in a cycle is pretty good. Of course that’s relative to where you are at training wise.

    This is the next one for me, my guy.

    750 mg TestE/w (1-10)
    250 mg TrenE/w (1-10)
    100 mg Anadrol/d (2-5),(7-10)

  • 750mg test /w 1-10
    250mg tren /w 1-10
    100mg anadrol per day, weeks 1-4 & 7-10

  • Been doing 515 test e, 350 NPP, 700 DHB, and loving it thus far. NPP keeps my joints feeling good, the DHB is the workhorse and the test is high enough to enjoy all the feel good benefits / libido. Keeps you relatively dry as well, so if you control ai and salt, you still look vascular and don’t floof up.

    It won’t matter what you take if you don’t have your diet buttoned up. You can literally add size on anything if you know how to eat.

  • 12 week bulking cycle…

    500mg Test-E per week.
    300mg Tren-E per week.
    20mg Dbol per day (4-week kickstart).

    I’m not a fan of short esters. Pinning EOD is a pain. Thank God I’m naturally a very patient person…

    3,500-3,700 calories per day, which consists of plenty of protein rich foods. I gain roughly one pound per week, so the gains I experience are steady. My calorie range keeps me from gaining too much fat, if any at all.

    The people who claim that they gain 25-30 pounds on a cycle are those who usually pack on too much fat. I made this mistake on my first cycle when I had the mentality of “you have to eat BIG to get BIG.”

    I train roughly five to six days each week, with each muscle group getting hit twice. Arms (which we all love to grow) gets hit three times every now and then.

    That’s all there is to it.

    By the way, I’m one of those lucky bastards that does not experience any side effects, even on Tren. No hair loss (even with MPB), no aggression, no gyno, no night sweats, no acne, no oily skin. Nada. Just gains.

  • Whatever makes you grow for the longest with minimal digestion, mental, and sleep-related side effects. Test/Mast/Deca always feels nice

  • Not trying to be a smartass - but it really depends on your goal… Just trying to pack on size -> Deca, Dbol, Trest etc… Trying to stay relatively lean? -> mostly diet but also less aromatizing compounds Primo, Mast, Adrol, Sdrol (Drols - people react differently to these compounds often)… What kind of compounds have you ran in the past? Dont be like me (and probably a lot of dudes in here) and think “well this is my third cycle (in less than 2 years) lets go 750Test/ 600EQ/ 600Deca… throw in a random oral here or there… try this vial of TrenA at a low dose these few weeks”… my gains were shit compared to what they SHOULD have been for a cycle like that… Big learning experience - EQ fucks my BP seriously, start with lower doses and you will still make awesome gains if everything else is in line (like what previous posters said)… My 2 cents = if youre relatively early in the AAS game - Test/Deca like 500/300 your choice of oral if thats what you really want to do (again based on goals)… Or for something more lean with less sides Test/Primo 500/whatever you can afford lol… Not really a ‘bulk’ but Primo is great for building actual contractile tissue, not 10lbs of glycogen, it’ll be slow, smooth, lower mental and physical sides etc

    You noticed a good size pack on, with these doses of Test and DHB and NPP?

    I’m on DHB and test on roughly the same doses. I seem to be slowly, gaining.

    Couldn’t agree more with what you are saying!! I went into this game all wrong! Thought I could get on some gear train the same way I always did not really pay any attention to my diet and long behold I’ve found my self getting fat! Sure I seen some strength in my lifts! Also was on a insane high dose of test tren mast! For the love of god people listen to this advice. You will also save yourself some major money. Getting diet on point and your training on point is the absolute most important if you want to see the most bang for your buck!

  • If you want to feel good and potentially not need an AI at all depending on your choice of dosing, Test/Primo/Dbol is a great combo of 3 feel good compounds that all pack on mass and work synergistically. Primo helps keep you dry and hard while packing on real tissue not just glycogen and water, and dbol helps throw on the quick mass, and the test just does what test does. If your primo is legit, and dosed high enough in relation to the dbol and test, you may not even need an AI. How do you think Arnold and everyone in the golden era didn’t all have gyno despite AI’s and SERMs not existing? They used enough primo to manage the aromatization of the dbol, which can effectively replace test in regards to estrogen production (they didn’t have test either… they had primo and dbol and thats it, and they did just fine.)

    Real, dosed as advertised primo, does a pretty damn good job, almost as good as masteron, at blocking E2 and methyl-E2. 150mg test/ 400mg of @“HunterPharm” 's dope AF primo had my E2 undetectable (literally 0), and I can’t cruise without an AI above 80mg test without getting gyno (I aromatize like a motherfucker). Literally the only downside to primo is how hard it is on the hair; you will shed on it even if you aren’t genetically prone, it just wont be as bad as someone prone to MPB.

    Another good option, but not fully optimal but because one is a 19-nor and has some serious interactions with neurotransmitters and progesterone, is test/nandrolone/mast or primo. Again, if you dose the primo or masteron properly in relation to the test and nandrolone doses, you won’t need an AI.

    To be honest, I would just take as much primo as I could afford and pair it with just enough test to keep my E2 in range without needing an AI, train hard, and maintain a proper diet. Real primo at the actual advertised dose packs on mass much better than people realize because until recently almost no one got real primo, or at the very least fully dosed primo.

    I packed on more mass with 175mg test/ 400mg primo than I did with 250 test/ 300 nandrolone / 800 boldenone/ anavar – just to give you an idea how good perfectly legit primo is.

    In all honesty if you know how to properly use DHTs like primo and masteron, you shouldn’t need an AI, ever. The only issue is hair loss, but that’s just part of the game.

    If you don’t want to deal with the methyl-E2 of the dbol, replace it with M1T, it packs on mass just as well if not better, it just doesn’t make you feel good like dbol does.

    IMHO, now that it’s easy to get real primo, the best AI free, side effect free bulking cycle was always test/nandrolone/masteron. Now that it’s easy to get real primo, if you have the money, things are a lot more simple.

    ~400-900mg primo and just enough test to get your E2 up to a healthy level is IMHO the best cycle there is for everything (bulking, cutting, recomping – just modulate your caloric intake and cardio depending on what you want to do). Proper training, proper diet, a reasonable amount of primo, and enough test to get your E2 into range, is in my opinion, the best way to put on clean sustainable mass with the least amount of side effects and literally 0 ancillaries (AI’s, serms, liver protection, etc.)

    If you want to take that to the next level, 3iu of legit GH and some anavar will blow you away. Just enough test to not need an AI, your chosen dose of primo, 50-100mg a day of var, and 3iu of real GH is hands down the best cycle there is factoring in side effects, health, and need for ancillaries.

    Completely unnecessarily difficult methyl estrogen management (trestolone), liver stress/toxicity (superdrol), and wild E2 fluctuations (TNE).

    Definitely not a thread ender, sorry brother. No doubt it’s a very powerful stack, but its not worth the estrogen hassle and health issues.
