Joint pain mainly in elbows during this cruise.

  • Been using AAS for 20 or so years off and on. Almost 50 and have been blasting and cruising for the last 3.5. self prescribed trt. Been cruising for about 3 months now. Massive pain in my elbows, some minor pains in other joints. Have never had anything like it, at least for this extended period.

    Things I have done different this cruise:

    Reduced my trt dose down to 125 from 200ish usually.

    Dropped down to 3xs a week in the gym on avg.

    Came off a keto diet to a more standard diet, still fairly carb limited.

    Taking 25mcgs of levothyroxine because of a partial thyroid removal.

    Anyone ever had a similar issue? Feels like I smack my funny bone with a hammer Everytime I move my elbows. Haven’t taken deca in over a year, but have some on order to see if it helps.

    In my opinion which is shit so i asked a homeless guy and he said;
    Your test is too low. 250 min. Maybe u aint gots enuf estrogen being produced with that low test. And E u need it for stuff and joints. Forearm workouts can help stimulate the area.   • I’m going to mention something dumb because I just realized this was my problem. I blamed GH and everything else until I finally realized my elbow and wrist pain were due to screwing around on my phone too much. I dropped GH for a while and tried ruling everything out except what I kept grabbing for every five damned seconds.

    Ya don’t think I’m going to cruise on anything less than 200 anymore. The echo chamber of “250 is not trt” got my to experiment with a different protocol…and that seems like a failed experiment. Live and learn.

    On a side note, can I get some of them rec drugs you are on? ? ;)

    Arthritis from decades of pounding your body in the gym?

    Try Fasting for 24 hours and see how you feel. Let your body clean up a bit, no sodium, no caffeine, just water. Keto diets are generally clean, but everyone has their own take on it.

    Over training with not enough recovery needed due to lowering dose of test. Even if it’s only 3 days, are lifting really heavy? Go back to lighter weights higher reps and build yourself back up.

    Whats your weight/height, BF% estimate. Have you ever had problems with inflammation?

    I’m heading towards 50 myself, I have pain every day, I have pain as I type this. Nextday after lifting elbows, shoulders, ankles, and knees when I roll out of bed ache. I didn’t have this problem when I was 35, but ten years later I have to constantly focus on my form to avoid injury.

    Have you used Deca in the past for joint pain relief?
