[Source Complaint] PG Anabolics (7/30/19)

  • EDIT 8/11/19: Having spoken with USPS finally the package was addressed incorrectly. The shipper did not put the apt number on the shipping label therefore it was stuck in limbo and has now been sent back to the return address. I have contacted PGA about this 4 days ago and he has still not responded to my email. Now it is not just a complaint about disorganization and my package being lost, now this is an outright failure of him to fulfill the order after his mistake. I paid for the order, they sent it to the wrong address and will now not send me a reship or refund.

I sent an 800 dollar order June 24th and after much disorganization and mix up on the sources end here it is over a month later and I still do not have my order. From the sources posting history and my interaction with him I would say this source is very unreliable and unprofessional. All the problems he has seemed to have (regarding my order and his history on this board) he always makes excuses and doesn’t ever take responsibility for any failure on his end. I would strongly advise against anyone using this.

I will say exactly what I said to him and explain the reasoning for my conclusion.

If you look at this sources posts you can see issues others have posted (maybe not a lot) and problems he had with his website. He always seemed to have an excuse for why it was someone else’s fault. For example when his website was having problems and slow communication he said it was rival sources and DDOS attacks on his website trying to hurt his business. Instead of simply saying yeah my website is messed up and emails are slow right now we are having problems and they will be fixed soon he immediately blamed it on someone else.

My experience and reasoning to him for why I was getting suspicious and the whole thing seemed fishy:

order and payment was confirmed the 24th of June
you replied on the 25th saying confirmed, will reply with tracking by tomorrow.
No contact from you so I email you on the 1st of July asking for that tracking number I had been promised almost an entire week ago.
You respond the 2nd saying it has not been sent out yet (7 days after confirmation of payment) that because of Canada day it hasn’t gone out yet. It will go out today and I will have tracking for you by tonight.
the next day on the 3rd you still havent sent tracking so I email again asking if it has gone out yet.
You respond on the 3rd with a tracking number.
You send an email 3 days later saying you sent me the wrong tracking number that the one you gave me was for a different order for someone else that had a similar name and it was our shippers fault for the mix up.
tracking has not changed on that package for 12 days now.
I have never ordered from you before so I don’t know if you are legit or not and there are mixed reviews for you on SST. AND you seem to have a lot of excuses for a lot of things from your postings on there, you seem to have a problem with accepting responsibility.

The lasting tracking update is July 10th saying outbound out of customs.
ON july 21st I was tired of the back and forth and the multiple excuses so i emailed saying I was tired of the experience and I wanted a refund because the package obviously isnt coming and instead of a reship I want a refund you can keep your gear.

He responds asking if I think he is Amazon (because after a month of no package apparently I am impatient) and that I have no right to demand a refund etc. etc. etc. that since the package has shipped his end of the deal has been fulfilled and it is no longer his responsibility and that I need to take it up with USPS because it is their fault for not updating tracking information and their fault that the order has not arrived. He also refused to reship or refund saying that his part is fulfilled and that it is USPS problem now that I should contact them.

after much heated debate back and and forth on july 22nd I emailed and said I admit that I let my anger get the best of me and was a little rude and apologized for jumping to conclusions and demanding a refund. I did explain my reasoning for thinking something was fishy and for saying ti seemed like I was being scammed or stolen from. other negative reviews, the excuses for the website and email problems his constant blaming someone else for the problems, the fact that I didn’t get racking until a week after i was promised to get it, long delays in communication, the fact that I had to ask multiple times for tracking and then I actually got the wrong tracking number, the blaming of USPS, claiming he had no responsibility for fulfilling orders after they are shipped, that I had never used him before and therefore didn’t know how legit and honest he was, and the whole experience made it seem like he was simply strecthing it out for as long as he could to keep me from posting a negative review so he could scam other people.

I am not claiming he was scamming other people but if anyone recalls when many sources have exit scammed in the past they always try to give excuses to clients for hwy packs are not shipping and arriving in an attempt to delay them form posting and alerting others. A source will decide to exit scam and continue taking orders, they will act business as usual and keep posting on the board acting like nothing is wrong, then when clients start getting impatient they will give excuses for the delays in an attempt to continue taking orders from others so they can exit with as much money as possible. When this happens confirmation of order and payment is always quick and normal but then after that communication slows down and excuses are made for the delays to keep clients unsuspecting and quiet. I’ve been around SST for around 4 years and have seen this multiple times and that is what it felt like was happening to me, right or wrong my suspicion and reasoning was well founded in my eyes.

So now it is July 30th, the last tracking update is the 10th and says outbound out of customs he has not replied to either of the 2 emails Ive sent him since the 22nd and USPS has not been able to give me an update on my package. I would expect this source to do something because my package is obviously not coming. I have ordered from at least 15 different labs off of SSt and have had problems with only 2, HOG (which we all know what happened to him) and this source.

I am not claiming he scammed me and never sent anything, he sent a package, IDK where it was addressed to or where it is but he sent a package. My complaint is with his excuses and long delay of shipping my package, his unwillingness to do anything about the circumstance and refusal to give a reship or refund, his claim that it is solely USPS fault, and the entire shadiness and difficulty of the experience. In this circumstance most sources would do something instead of being defensive and blaming everyone else, regardless of any debate between the client (If I could I would copy and paste every email to prove I was not the one who was initially rude and that I was far from impatient). Its been over a month now and I am just now posting a source complaint if that isn’t patience idk what is.

Like I said I would strongly advise against using this source. He lacks organization, professionalism, and the ability to be a man and take responsibility when something goes wrong, and the willingness to make right when his packages do not make it to the client.

  • Yeah, I inquired about purchasing a pharma product from him and immediately saw the red flags and decided against it. I’m Canadian domestic too so customs wouldn’t even be a concern of mine. Like you, the biggest issue was with his unwillingness to take responsibility and overall lack of professionalism.

There is no blaming of someone else. Everything that I have said is a fact.

Though you clearly have have psychic abilities, I see. So I was lying that my site was being DDOS attacked. Nope. Here is proof of the requests I opened up with CloudFlare at the time of the attacks. If you’d like me to provide more proof, as in the conversations with CloudFlare’s rep, then just ask. You’re consistently attempting to use other events, which you seem to know nothing about in an attempt to justify you somehow being eligible for a refund or something.

I mean I think that just proves the kind of individual you are. You speak about subjects that you know absolutely nothing about and try to come up with conclusions based on none sense. (E.g Trying to say I was lying about being DDOS attacked, while instead supposedly there was something else going on according to you - which your psychic abilities clearly enables you to know.)

    In respect to your order:

    -You placed an order.

-I failed to ship it in the allotted time frame I had quoted you. You are absolutely right.

-My shipper also did provide me with an incorrect tracking # for your order. You are absolutely right here as well.

-Once I became aware of the mix up, I sent you an email, I apologized and I provided you with the correct tracking #.

Let’s break that down, what does that exactly entail: I notified you, apologized and fixed the issue.

We process a ton of orders. Mistakes happen. All I can do when they occur is notify the client, apologize about it and try to make it right. In this case, you had an order containing 10+ items. It was already shipped. What more did you want me to do? There is nothing else I could of done beyond that. Do you expect a source to put the entire order on the house if there is a delay or what exactly is your expectation. Please enlighten me.

You contact me a while later, state that you still don’t have your pack and then you made a demand:

You literally said “Hey, if I don’t have my pack in [Enter amount of days here] I want a refund.”

And you’re one to talk about respect and professionalism?

I am not going to post your messages publicly, however I will gladly forward all our emails to the mod team if required.

You did not even bother sending me a message like “Hey PGA, can you check the tracking #? What is going on, anything you can do or suggest.”

And then you proceed to state that there could be some degree of foul play going on. You even went as far as to say I could PAY (Who I don’t even know? Canada Post? USPS?) and have the parcel intercepted and shipped back to me and then refund you? This left me absolutely speechless. Like what…? Anyone that has been in this field long enough knows how ludicrous that sounds.

As I said, you’re one of those few special individuals that comes up with all sorts of none sense in their own head and assumes it as true. You literally proved this with the none sense you suggested in your first paragraph.

If you and the mod team give me the thumbs up, I have no issues posting all our convos. But you, as well as I both know that It’ll literally be the world laughing at you.

Bottom line in this circumstance is that:

-Your order was delayed and there was a mix up in the tracking #s. I apologized for this, and provided the correct tracking #.

    • You contact me a while later and say you don’t have your pack yet and that you may/kinda do suspect foul play.

-I suggested that if you do suspect foul play: can contact Canada Post and USPS, and they can verify that the pack’s postal code matches the one you provided. If you don’t want to do this, or you want to keep making excuses, then I will have my shipper do it, get it in text (email) that post it up. Your call.

-Now for whatever reason, once your pack cleared customs it still has not gotten to you. This is not my DIRECT responsibility. I am not a shipping company. I have zero control here.

I am not gonna tell a client to take a hike if they run into an issue with the shipping company. I am most certainly going to help them resolve it. There are policies and terms in place for such incidents. Though clearly not for you (in your head). You send an email, making demands and also subtly implying that I may be a scammer. What the fuck dude? Lol…how did you expect me to respond to something ike that?

    • I suggested that in your case you contact USPS and open a ticket OR if you don’t want to do that you can use my policy pertaining to either lost packs or seized packs. My terms are clear and transparent. Instead, you’re trying to leverage the fact that your order was delayed/mixed up tracking # to say that you somehow deserve an entire refund or something of that nature - I don’t even know.

I have nothing to hide and think it’s absolutely comical that someone who knows nothing about trust, honesty, responsibility and professionalism even has the audacity to bring such traits up and try to judge another individual on traits that they clearly lack themselves. I have nothing further to say, and think you proved that you’re full of shit by trying to imply that I don’t take responsibility for events by trying to say the entire DDOS post was a lie…which I am sure you’re regretting now.
In response to this: I don’t know who you are nor have we conducted business. So how can you exactly judge me?

In business, typically you can conduct 100 transactions with 100 different people. Of those 100, 95 will be happy 5 will be pissed. Of those 95 happy clients, 10 of them may post a positive review, while of the 5 pissed off clients 4 of them will post a negative review.

Sure, I have a few negative reviews here and there, but I also have a ton of positive reviews. And given that 9/10 times a happy client will likely not post a positive review and 9/10 times a pissed off client will post a negative review, you can probably deduce the ratio of my negative and positive reviews.

I obtain custom Pharmacy Grade products from my clients, even if I make almost negligent margins on them. I’ve had a TON of clients, especially Canadians thank me countless times for giving them access to affordable Pharmacy Grade products in Canada. I don’t make my $ on those products. I make my $ on my other products (UGL) like every other source. Why do you think no other sources tries to offer many HG products even if they can source it? Because they make $50 on their UGL Aromasin and maybe $30 on the Pharma, but the latter is a headache to obtain and also cost a ton more. So when a client suggests that I am all about $, and don’t have their interest in mind I just let out a sigh.

I offer the Pharma items because I want to provide my fellow Competitors and BB enthusiats with something that I wish I had access to, but never did when I was competing. I’ve been in the shoes of the consumer and now exactly what I bring to the table.

So when I get a client that is an entitled asshole, I don’t sugar coat anything just so they don’t leave me a negative review. I can eat the loss, it won’t put a dent in my business. But instead, I state the facts. If I am at fault, I fix the problem. If am not, then they can post up the transaction for everyone to see and judge and if they think I am not a good source, then they can choose not to conduct business with me.

    Thanks

  • LOL I fucking love PGA. Dude is a straight shooter. Very blunt and to the point. May not be for everyone but definitely one of my go to sources that has also become a friend. I can see the person here being upset but I dont see how PGA is in the wrong at all. He Has always been very very fair to me and his products are beyond kick ass.

  • @“ANTC81” per PGAs offer, you can advise if you’d like us to request the emails to validate his interpretation of events. Without more information we don’t have much to act on.

Well said and exactly why I continue to purchase off you bro! And don’t listen to the kingofcarbs, he likes to advocate for your competitors which I wouldn’t even call competition. We need you in this country!

  • ^ the fact that I use plenty of his “competitors” and was still open to using his service further shows there must be a reason why I opted out of using him upon seeing the way that he conducts himself. His response here is precisely the type of poor CS I always try to avoid and it only reaffirms that he is not somebody I want to be ordering from.

I didn’t say that I emailed him. My inquiry is actually on this board and public via my post history. Do not make things up please.

I then went on to look at how he had conducted himself in threads on here and other boards and drew my conclusion based off of that.

The only “free” gear I have ever received from a source was because something was missing or crashed and I wasn’t comfortable using it (thanks LnL for being awesome and replacing it even though I could have not been a little girl and just heated it up like I’ve finally learned to do now after SoCo advised a candle warmer).

If I never emailed him, and he stated that, how could I have been “trying to shill for free gear”? Wouldn’t I actually need to, you know… contact him privately to pursue such an idea?

What are you so angry about? Just open up and say it, there’s clearly something bothering you and I’m here to discuss it with you so we can get to a place where you stop behaving this way going forward.

  • @“kingofcarbz”

I conduct myself the way I do, to weed out the types of individuals that I do not want to conduct business with. That is: emotional, unstable and impulsive individuals that are not logic oriented. I don’t want clients like that. Simple. Most people don’t find my responses unprofessional or disrespectful. Remember, respect is a 2 way street. If someone does not give me respect, they won’t receive any back and vise versa.

You assume I have poor CS based on my response here, yet you’re not able to decipher my response and state which part of it is poor CS. Furthermore, you have no idea what actually transpired between myself and the topic creator, so there is no way for you to accurately judge who is in the wrong, yet you’re automatically assuming I am in the wrong. The mods here: at least those that I have spoken to are mature and logical individuals, hence why I am not hesitant in the least to forward the entire transaction history with the person that made this thread. Just waiting for the thumbs up.

I go strictly based on logic. If you’re ordering from someone, you should take the time to read their terms. You should also have every nough common sense to comprehend that when ordering products of this nature delays/interruptions could take place. What matters is that the source corrects the issue in a timely manner.

The person who created this thread is going on about a million different things: possible scams, calling my ddos attack a fraud, questioning the legitimacy of my products, bringing up someone else exit scamming and a bunch of other events/subjects that either have no connection to me or are completely baseless in order to somehow receive a refund. Notice how confusing and mixed up that is. How do you even make a case when you’re trying to link 10 different things together. I don’t have tolerance for such behaviour. He wrote an extremely long text and literally the first few sentenced proved to be complete BS. As for the rest it’s also BS or only shows an extremely biased side. As I said, I have nothing to hide.I am waiting for the mods to tell me to forward the transaction.

I don’t think @“bardagamur” meant to insult you. Maybe you just don’t like the way I conduct myself. And that’s completely fine. No one ever said you or anyone else has to like me. But if you’re going to call me out on not being professional or disrespectful, then please either

    A) Know all the facts of a particular circumstance.
    B) Accurately cite your reasoning and I will gladly address it.

Otherwise, if you’re going to just say “Well, I think ABC is unprofessional, even though I’ve never done business with them” and try to depict me as a poor source the second a complaint arises from someone who clearly is making baseless assumptions then you really have nothing backing you, aside from that “you don’t like me.” You started bashing me before I even responded. Which means you judged before knowing my side at all. That’s called being biased. So perhaps instead of asking @“bardagamur” what he’s angry about, I should be asking you, as you’re pretty fast to judge without having all the facts surrounding a transaction.

^ the fact that I use plenty of his “competitors” and was still open to using his service further shows there must be a reason why I opted out of using him upon seeing the way that he conducts himself. His response here is precisely the type of poor CS I always try to avoid and it only reaffirms that he is not somebody I want to be ordering from.

Anyone can make up that they were considering using him and emailed him, but he stated he did not speak with you. His response is in alignment with his labs policies, and his response was excellent for the situation. You opted out because you realized he’s not a push over and won’t give you free gear to shill for him.

Good on you PGA, forget about this liar.
I’m just going to go ahead and warn you now about accusations of shilling and calling people liars. Look at your own post history, you’ve had civil conversations with King of Carbz where he’s mentioned all of the other labs he uses, he’s one of very few who resides on both sides of the border and is potentially the least invested in any one lab on this board.

Treat people with respect and cut the bullshit. Calling other users shills is projecting at best. You support PGA, fantastic, I’m sure he appreciates that but unless you have something constructive to say in here (a specific complaint thread), then keep it for PGAs general thread or send him an email.

    Thank you.

I agree. Making allegations is serious. But I also think this thread is totally a form of defamation for PGA. OP has gone as far to allege that PGA is a scammer. I think that’s a way bigger false allegation than calling someone a shill. Just the fact that this thread is up without any verification is a hit against PGA. That isn’t fair.

I think PGA has handled the situation way better than most would. I also travel between US and Canada and as I mentioned I ordered from this source probably 5+ times both whole in Canada and US and never a problem. Just imo.

  • I like 2 labs in Canada domestic here, it’s well known, I speak very highly of both because in my opinion they provide the best service and gear of any lab I have ever used in Canada. What I don’t do is speak poorly of any source or give my two cents unless its a legit issue I have specifically had with that lab.
Therefore I felt the need to point out that king of carbs should not be commenting. I agree we should all treat each other with respect. If Carbs doesn’t support PGA, fantastic, I’m sure PGA cares less about that but unless he has something constructive to say in here (a specific complaint thread), then should he not keep it for PGAs general thread or send him an email?

  • For Canadians you guys sure are feisty.

Please email me at info@pganabolics.com or pganabolics@protonmail.com

Orders placed via site through any email account end up being received as they are re-routed to my from another server. However, if you’re emailing direct from a none secure email, it MAY not be received from my end.

    Thanks.

@“ANTC81” per PGAs offer, you can advise if you’d like us to request the emails to validate his interpretation of events. Without more information we don’t have much to act on.

See my update please. Source put wrong address on package and it was returned to sender, now source won’t respond to my emails for a reship or refund.

The fact that you made a thread on here and failed to respond to all the fake allegations made against me days after I responded, promoted me to forward our entire transactions to the moderators.

Now you’re back at making assumptions again. Every single person that has ordered on here from me, knows that I do not hand write addresses. Everything is printed via computer, from the invoice that is generated via software per the address that is filled out by my client.

No one is saying you gave me the wrong address. However, you’re saying I’ve put the wrong address on your pack - which again is an assumption. Just like your assumption that my DDOS attack was false. Just like your assumption that there was foul play involved. Just like every other assumption.

Your version of the transaction is so vastly different than mine, that I much prefer an intermediary be involved, and what better than the mod team.

    https://www.pganabolics.com/faqs/

In fact, I clearly address this here “https://www.pganabolics.com/faqs/

Q: I provided you with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. What can I do?

A: Please make sure to triple check your mailing address prior to submitting your order. Check your invoice after submitting your order and make sure it is complete and not missing any information. If something if incorrect, make sure to contact us immediately and let us know.

We will not be able to retrieve, refund or help you if your pack is sent to an incorrect address or incomplete address. If you live in a condo and you forget to include your unit #, then Canada Post will not deliver your package. We will not take responsibility for your error. We use a printer to print all addresses as exactly provided by the client to prevent any chances of human error on our side.

PG Anabolics uses a fictional return address. Therefore, in a scenario where a client provides us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the pack will not be returned to us and will be deemed as lost. Again – please make sure to check your address before submitting your order!

If you do provide an incomplete/incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to deal with Canada Post and we will not be able to help you under any circumstance. This is a strict policy and we will not make any exceptions.

I have absolutely no intentions of responding to your emails or dealign with you any further. At this point: You’re welcome to forward whatever you’d like to the moderator team on here, and if they tell me that I am in the wrong in anyway, I will do as they tell me to do. Whether it be a refund, re-ship whatever.

However, as I stated originally, I have zero intentions of being lenient with someone that went on making a plethora of completely baseless allegations against me, and then stopped responding once I posted my side of the story.

If you’d like to implement any sort of my policies pertaining to lost packs or seized packs, by all means, inform the mod team and I’ll be happy to implement it.

    Thanks.
