Test P / NPP EOD or M/W/F?

  • I’m planning on doing 400mg test P and 400mg NPP a week and doing injections M/W/F. But I’ve heard mixed opinions that you should do EOD. Just wanted to know what you guys think.

  • You should man up do everyday. If you’re a baby you can do eod though but I highly recommend every day. Keeps blood levels stable

  • Ed pins are ideal for more stable blood levels, as yelrup said. Do you have at least 8 pinning sites, not including forearms and hip bones? If you pin 8 sites, you’ll be more than capable of Ed pins.

  • Personally neither would be considered options for me. If I had to opt for anything other than ED shots I would just use longer esters… Doesn’t make any sense to sacrifice stable levels and reduced sides for no upside. In theory you could still pin those long esters EOD or E3D if that’s what you desire. It would leave you with far more stable levels than EOD or MWF of short esters.

Where did you read that m w f is a good pinning schedule? Doesn’t make any sense to take the weekend of, it isn’t a job bro, it’s a lifestyle

  • Just my preference but I had a really good experience running test E/NPP 500/500 split E3D. NPP has a half life of aprox 3ish days and I pin test E3D anyways so it works pretty fucking good for me.

With 500 mg e3d you’re going from 205 mg highs on pin days to 65 mg lows on the day before you pin. While it’s great that you were happy with the result of this, have you considered the possibility that your experience could have been even better had your hormone levels been more stable?

how that approach plots out on steroidcalc:
