Female Log/Anavar

  • Hey everyone I decided to do a little log here to share my results of my first cycle. This is my first cycle of anything. I will be doing 10 mg a day (5mg AM/ 5mg PM)

    Big thank you to @“SpartaPharmaUSA” for the source of this Anavar. Pills are super sturdy and very easy to split. Like the rest of the products he supplies…nothing but quality.

    [b][u]Stats:[/u][/b]
    •Female
    •28 years old
    •Starting Weight: 134.2lbs
    •Body Fat- waiting on new calipers.

    •Measurements: Thighs 19.75", Arm 12.25", Lower Waist 32.50"

    [b][u]Goals:[/u][/b]
    •The dream of anyone, take off fat and put on some lean muscle. Ultimately like any girl I want to look better in a swimsuit. Next cycle will be more emphasis on strength training for local Crossfit competition. (puts on flame suit)

    [b][u]Diet:[/u][/b]
    Nothing hardcore but aiming for
    •2000cal/day
    •150p/200c/75f training days and rest day cutting the carbs.

    [b][u]Training:[/u][/b]
    Training is pretty straightforward. I will go to the Crossfit gym 4 times a week and throw traditional weight lifting as well at least two of those days.

    Well, I think this is all I have to say for now.
    I am very happy to have found a place like SST. The information I have found in these threads is phenomenal. In hopes of contributing something, I will be keeping a somewhat detailed log every week.

    WEEK 1 Update: Nothing really in the first 4-5 days as expected but ending the week felt like the pumps were getting more intense. Not much to post about being so early on.

    Notes:
    •No sides have shown. Which I realize its still early on in the cycle.
    •Feel pretty normal so far.
    •Workouts feel pretty good even with battling the weather here.

    •Measurements:
    -Thighs stayed the same at 19.75"
    -Arms (Biceps) went up a quarter inch to 12.50"
    -Lower Waist dropped a half inch to 32"

  • Looking forward to your progress! I’ve been contemplating sourcing some anavar for my wife so this will be very helpful for me to see how you progress. My main concern is her mental state so please add if you experience any strange emotional ups and downs.

  • Hey, happy to see a girls var log! Since I’ve got a couple of girls on var as well currently, I’m wondering about your calories/macros and if you could give me some info: I usually have natty guys weighing 50-70lbs more than you on similar amounts of protein & fat while cutting (though not carb-cycling on rest days), do you know your TDEE? how’d you arrive at those numbers?

    TDEE is roughly 2350 calories. I have an active job that I work 8-10 hrs a day 5-6 days a week. Always have been a struggle to gain muscle, so eating a higher than average protein has worked for me. Trying to maintain as much strength/muscle as I can while cutting. Last time I tried a hardcore cut I feel like I lost a lot of strength and muscle. To be perfectly honest Diet is not my forte and I am trying to see what works for me as I go. So any suggestion is more than appreciated.

  • Interesting. Why CrossFit? I honestly think CrossFit is horrible, especially for gaining muscle, but to each their own.

  • you already appear to have a bigger upper body relative to your lower half. from an aesthetic perspective, crossfit will make this gap even bigger.
    again, just looking at aesthetics, id say go to a regular gym 4 days a week and squat one day, deadlift another, hip thurst and good morning the 3rd, and squat again on the 4th.

    Yea it’s a solid point, it’s just that CrossFit has helped me be more consistent and something I really just enjoy.

  • CF ruins girls physiques (and physical health sometimes) in my opinion but I get why they like it over the lone wolf, monotonous bodybuilding workouts. worked at a crossfit gym during university and saw many cute girls come in and slowly turn into fridges :(

    Is it the oly weightlifting that over develops their abs?

    moreso the various carries that hit obliques - farmers carry, yoke walk, bag carry etc and stuff like prowler pushes, sled drags

  • End of Week 2 update!
    Sorry for the lateness of the update, work has been crazy to say the least. Ppl stop lighting your houses on fire. Pls.

    Weight up to 136.4lbs
    Quads: went up slightly to just under 20"
    Biceps: stayed steady at 12.50
    Lower Belly:down to 31.75"

    Also PR’d two of my workouts ending this week
    [b]Bench[/b] 115->125
    [b]Power Clean[/b] 125->145

    So feeling really strong ending the week. I feel my endurance up and really am able to push myself whereas I felt like I was in a rut before.

    No sides besides the occasional acne but not bad.

    Some have asked about the mental state. Its hard to say because of added stress of daily life and determining what is inducing what. But basically I am more confident as of late. I feel determined in what I do and overall just like a better version of myself. Im really pleased already at the progress I am making. Time to blow up @“SpartaPharmaUSA”'s Email so I can stock up.

    Haha! Well my sex drive was already pretty high, but it has been an increase for sure . Could say it’s in overdrive. I have been more aggressive about it. Which my husband does enjoy…I hope haha . Might want to stock up on Cialis like we did haha!!

  • End of Week 3 Update
    Sorry took so long to update the log. The week had gotten crazy to say the least.

    Measurements:
    Weight steady at 136.4lbs
    Quads: went hard on legs this week so may be a pump but at 21"
    Biceps: stayed steady at 12.50
    Lower Belly:down to 31.25"

    Notes:
    So lifts and workouts have been super satisfying and more importantly, fun. I am really pleased with the results so far and already excited about the next cycle. No sides what-so-ever besides some acne and super happy about that. I think if the sides stay low I will up the dose next cycle to 15 a day. Mental health, same as before just more confident and generally happy.

    No pictures this week but will definitely take some monday.

  • Sorry for missed week. I got super sick during the week with a stomach virus. So here is the final update end of week 6 and the cycle. So this was my first cycle ever so I decided to keep it short. I finally started showing some sides of added oil to the hair some very minor breakouts (back/chin). Overall very pleased with the Anavar. I plan on taking a break of 5-6 weeks then trying upping the dose or maybe try different compounds. The strength gained was addictive. For my next cycle I will be doing traditional lifting and having CrossFit for my cardio days.

    Quads 21"
    Biceps 12.60
    Lower belly: 31"

    It really was a great experience and look forward to progressing moving forward. Mentally was great and had really no issues.
