Xpeptides. 10/06 Order Lost, Source ignoring me.

  • Hey, I’ve used almost every source on this forum for years. Never had an issue with any of them. Placed a $200 dollar order with xpeptides on 10/06/20.

Order shipped on the 8th. Its been listed in US customs since the 10th. Contacted xpeptides on the 16th. No reply. Emailed again on the 20th, no reply.

I hate to have to name and shame, I made attempts to reach out first.

Sucks I have to go on a forum and actively shame to get this addressed. Bottom line… this canadian is reselling chinese peptides for 6$ a vial at a 500%+ mark up , and everyone knows reship/customs responsibility is on the seller.

Next time I’ll just buy from the same chinese ali baba sellers he does.

  • Reships and customs are not “on the seller.” If it’s in the courier’s hands there’s nothing to be done. It’s every sources policy how to handle a reship. Some don’t reship at all.

I can give some legitimacy to the lack of comms claim. We have literally never had a complaint about XPeptides. Ever.

    I’m sure he will respond.

    @xpeptides

  • @CaptainAmerica

I can post a screenshot of my protonmail email acc with full dates of sent emails and lack of response. I have no incentive to lie. I gave the guy 6 days to respond. No answer.

  • @GoBigORGoHome I’ve been saying this ever since he came on the scene. Fuck that guy period.

  • @GoBigORGoHome, I can only speak to my own experience with XPeptides, and I have never had any communication issues with him over several orders. I haven’t dealt with all the other sources on this forum, but out of the ones I’ve used (SoCo, DragOrd, misriah, couple of others), XPep has always had the most prompt communication of any of them and has always had the best TA in shipping. Not sure what’s happening in your situation, but it feels very much outside the norm for him. I’m not sure what @MikeAlstott 's beef is - I didn’t feel like searching back through the forums to find it - maybe he could share that with us.

I’m not trying to trivialize your situation - we’ve seen too many victimized on this board when ‘reputable’ sources (CheckmateLabs, misriah, etc) suddenly vanish with our money, and I know I’m always on edge about every order (regardless of the Source) I place until I have merchandise in hand. Please keep us updated on your progress - I’m getting ready to order another month’s worth of peptides, but I’m going to hold off until I see how your order plays out. If it’s not resolved soon, I’ll order from one of my other trusted ‘off-board’ sources instead.

Also worth keeping in mind - XPeptides takes credit cards and that’s the way I always pay him. I know most of the posters here are huge crypto fans, but at least with a credit card, you can get your money back if you don’t get your order.

Do you have a negative experience regarding an outstanding package or something going on right now? Just want to clarify.

There’s zero proof that their peptides are “better” or produced in North America or whatever they claim. Guys are essentially paying double the cost for the same product everyone else has. It’s a free market - I’m not bashing them for their pricing, but I have an issue with making claims in order to support their “boutique” level prices when those claims can’t even be backed up. I’ve emailed them to try obtain some sort of proof and was fed some bullshit.

Back when they first opened, I made an order with them. Some GHRP, MOD, and Melanotan. Did they work? I remember feeling the GHRP and MOD. Can’t say for sure about the Melanotan since it was just one vial, but I’m pretty sure it worked. Were they better than my other source which is half the cost? No.

There is another thread here where we talk about it: https://www.steroidsourcetalk.org/topic/10412/melanotan-ii-source

@unclecurley mentioned he ordered some HGH Frag and BPC from them and felt they were bunk.

@beefnewton mentioned he ordered some MT2 that was not up to par. He said: “I brought it up with him and was simply told how much everyone else raves about it.” This is mob mentality regarding branding in that they claim extreme quality (with no evidence) and then set a premium pricing point to trick everyone into thinking their peptides are better than the rest.

We can’t know for sure, but I thought these were worth mentioning as anecdotals.

I encourage everyone to use critical thinking. This goes all the way back to “Tom’s Peptides” where you could only order via email and everyone was supposedly paying a premium because “his shit is (was) the best.” Xpeptides even says this on their source page: “We obtained several vials of Tom/AV’s peptides back in October/November 2016 after AV shut down. In case you weren’t familiar with them, Tom/AV’s peptides were legendary for their quality.”

“LEGENDARY for their quality.” Because they were hyped up. Because of their branding. Xpeptides could be Tom/AV (or someone that was close to them) for all we know, just rebranded.

I can have CoA’s thrown in my face all day, but if the shit is bunk or a claim can’t be proven, then that’s that. I need some sort of tangible justification to pay double for a product.

Hey, sorry I missed your original email expressing concern for the package. I had meant to get to it (these things always require some investigation, and I typically get to them late in the day), but it escaped me.

As you see in the screenshot, I replied to your second email quickly. Perhaps it went to your spam and/or you didn’t see it.

Regarding the package itself, the cause of delays could be either customs, USPS, or both - it’s not possible to tell exactly. Packages sent on a few particular days this month have been experiencing more delays than usual. We like to wait for 3 weeks of no movement in tracking before offering reships (asking that you only pay the shipping once again), since delays of up to 4 weeks have not been unknown. I think it’s more likely USPS’s fault for the majority of these.

I don’t think you’re being malevolent here, you just genuinely didn’t see my response, so I understand your reaction.

For large orders (>$300) we only offer FedEx shipping, but if anybody wants their order more quickly and reliably, it’s always available as an option.

    beef

Here’s the last conversation I had with Beef Newton, who claimed that the 10 vials of MT2 that we sent him were bunk:

    Screenshot 2020-10-22 151616 sst BeefNewton.png

Here are the links to the test results in the screenshot:

    https://imgur.com/a/42yRsXg
https://imgur.com/a/DJ2UoiN (this result is not for the same batch, but a later one. I referred to it because it was done by another lab)

We have always strived for variety in our testing, and it was unfortunate that the Weights & Measures service came to an end.

A certain percentage of our revenue goes into 3rd party lab testing, which is something that most other vendors cannot claim (I’m aware Ceretropic did this too). So if you want to complain about our prices, you’re of course welcome to use any other supplier that doesn’t do any testing. 3rd party is always far preferable to manufacturer or vendor-supplied results. And if you don’t trust the 3rd party results that we supply, you can use the peptide testing group over on Reddit.

It sometimes gets tiring when people make claims about product being bunk, with nothing other than “I didn’t get a [so-and-so] feeling”. For the vendors, we can’t do any better than getting 3rd party testing done, or at least provide HPLC/MS reports for every batch from the manufacturer (which we had been doing before). To make claims like that are not based on any objective evidence, and can needlessly hurt a quality vendor (I’m not saying that about ourselves, but in general). That brings about mob mentality too, where people come out of the woodwork to partake in the attack. And - I’m not sure how it is now, but there was a post here on SST about it before - that sort of behaviour begets a ban here. I feel the need to mention this and post about Beef Newton, because even after 2 years, he hasn’t stopped publicly bashing us from time to time.

Darn, thanks for that! This Snip & Sketch…

  • I’ve used xpeptides’ MT2 before (admittedly this is going back a few years, I get most of my peptides from canadianmedsupplies). It certainly wasn’t bunk then, based on the way people were mistaking me for being middle eastern.

Just saw your email now, sure enough it was in spam. Oddly enough, none of your other emails from the same address are. Protonmail is wierd. So, for the record , he emailed me back on the 19th, with a. Reship offer (just payed for s and h). I’ll update this post after the 2nd package gets moving. I appreciate you working with me on this xpeptides.
