So I am considering running hgh for the next 8-12 months. I will be blasting for a period of this time and cruising for the rest.
How much hgh should I run to see results? I am mostly looking to use it to help aid with some injuries and keep a little extra bf off. I work a super physical job on top of lifting consistently. And hey if I can add some extra muscle in that would be great too. I was thinking 5iu range. Im really trying to put off getting shoulder and knee surgery again. Im not trying to be down and out for a year recovering.
I am also confused about carb intake and dose timing. There is so much different info out there. What times are you taking them to see the best results for you and do you take it fasted or fast after taking?
