Prior to ordering and paying SC had been super responsive via email and Wickr, but now radio silence following payment. I’ve given a few days with a couple messages on different platforms because I understand the stress of sales, but not hearing anything back is concerning. My experience is very much against everything I have read on the forums and I’m disappointed to be honest.

This isn’t typically worth a complaint thread man. A couple days of “hey where’s my order” actually just bogs the source down even more.
No if you’ve waited a significant amount of time (maybe a week/week+) and sent a communication about it. It’s a different story.
