Dragon Ordnance - Received empty package

  • Let me preface this by saying that the problem seems to be with Dragon Ordnance’s (new?) US-based reshipper. I’ve made a half dozen successful orders with Dragon Ordnance prior to them using a reshipper, and they were always timely and communicated well.

I placed a small order for 20g anavar on June 18th. Payment was worked out in a day, and I received a tracking number on June 22nd. I noticed it was a USPS tracking number and not an EMS number like they always have been in the past so I figured they were now using a domestic reshipper. Over three weeks later, the tracking number still said “Label created, USPS awaiting package”, so I sent an email asking for an update on August 12th. Less than four hours later, I received an email back from Dragon Ordnance telling me the tracking had just updated. I checked the number and sure enough it had just been sent out. I was suspicious that the tracking had magically updated in a matter of hours after asking for an update, but I didn’t put much thought into it. I figured that the reshipper had maybe just forgotten to send it out.

I received the package 3 days later on August 15th. It was an empty flat rate box. Completely empty. In hindsight the box was suspiciously light, but I only ordered 20 grams of anavar so I didn’t suspect anything was wrong. I took some pictures and emailed them to Dragon Ordnance asking if a mistake had been made. They requested a video of me opening the box, which unfortunately I didn’t have the forethought to do before cutting the tape. I made it clear that I had already opened it once, but nevertheless I sent a video of myself opening the cardboard flap with the already-cut tape clearly visible.

Jade from Dragon Ordnance then told me that it wasn’t possible for the reshipper to make a mistake and that I was out of luck because I didn’t have a video of myself opening it when it was still sealed. It’s my word against the reshipper’s, and Dragon Ordnance is siding with their reshipper. I’m now out $170. Thankfully this was the smallest order I’ve ever made with Dragon Ordnance.

I don’t want to hurt Dragon Ordnance’s business because they’ve been good to me in the past, but I do want to warn everyone that there may be some problems with their reshipper. I still recommend Dragon Ordnance as a source, but I would advise everyone to record a video of themselves opening up every package they receive to avoid ending up in a situation like mine.

Edit 09-15-20: @“DragonOrdnance” has contacted me. I’ll update this thread as soon as we’ve reached a solution.

  • I ordered international from PPL 2 weeks ago and after reading your post, I realized the same thing is happening to me. Tracking is USPS and not EMS… wtf

Make sure to record a video of yourself opening the package just in case

  • Typically they want you to record opening the package. However most people don’t do this as it’s difficult to open a pack and record if you don’t have a tripod. Also the problem is you’re making a digital recording of you committing a felony and mail fraud as well. This is dumb imo.

    Here’s the main issue.

RESHIPPERS for international suppliers are often known to be scammers. This has happened over and over and over. The Reshipper creates a shipping label, they ship you an empty box and when the shit finally hits the fan with lots of customers coming up empty handed the seller finally refunds the customers. This has happened to PPL at least two times that I know of. PPL and DO are both buddies, keeping a domestic supplier that is honest is almost impossible because it’s too tempting for the reshipper to walk off with all the gear and sell it. It’s a high stress job and the longer you do it the more chance of you getting caught.

Bottom line is you were taken if you honestly received an empty box. If you can’t get this matter sorted out on SST, head over to MesoRx and we will help you.

Reshippers and Resellers are often the kiss of death for a brand, once your product leaves your hands these guys often F things up, it’s one of the reasons I hesitate to order from anyone that uses this way of business. I understand why sources ship their product to another address in bulk because it’s too much stress brewing, capping and then shipping out individual orders, but you gotta pay attention to these guys once your product leaves your hands.

Keep pressing until you get the product you ordered.

All good information. I’ll keep trying.

I still recommend Dragon Ordnance as a source,

You still recommend them after they pull this?? A good source will at least try to help you, or even reship it. Don’t settle for this BS, there are good sources here.

The problems all started back in Dec 2019, getting stuff past customs(these guys were holding onto packs for weeks), Covid slowdown, AED(advanced electronic data tracking our packs and destinations being flagged). It resulted in a shitshow for those of us receiving frequent raw drops.

Raws are a beautiful thing to have, however in our current environment it might be best to stick with domestic brewed to keep yourself out of trouble or having your address flagged.

There’s a massive demand for domestically shipped raws, it’s the reason I wish someone would figure out a way to air drop tons of raws at the boarder and truck it in by the semi load.

The other thing to keep in mind is that we all need to save back at least enough raws to keep us going for 10 years, it’s a matter of survival. Life without gear = slow miserable death.

  • I’m sorry to hear that this has happened to you.

Can you please wickr me with the order # or any information to track down your order, and let me take a personal look at it?

We do take pictures of every package that goes out, and i’ve never had this mistake happen before, but I’ll try my best and see if I can resolve this in a favor on your side.

    @“thurgo”

My email girl is of course very law and order as thats her job, and she will take a stance to defend the company itself rather than the customer. So let me have a second look, see what we can do. As much as I hate this happening to clients in this line of business, I understand the precautions we take against scammers and such, and how this can potentially fuck over someone who actually infact hasn’t received jack shit.

The order number I have is 07819815025. The whole transaction was done over protonmail.

I’m still waiting on a response from @“DragonOrdnance”. I’ll post an update here as soon as I hear back from them.

  • So I did look into this, and I’d need some more information regarding the package status. We don’t really have a reason to send an empty box to a customer (especially for a low amount of raws) for someone to go out and complain. I did check the photos we have before we send out a package, and they do confirm that there SHOULD of been something in there.

By any chance, did you receive a broken box, or something? At this point, the only thing i can think of is that it dropped out if it was ripped apart.

Was it a clean box? I’m not accusing you of anything, but if you did INDEED receive an empty box, and we have our pictures we take before sending out any package, the only clue I can think of is that, or USPS took your stuff and knows about it or something.

The box was dented pretty badly, but the tape was completely intact. If it was in fact USPS, I’d bet on it being a rogue employee who thought they found some recreational drugs and taped it back up afterwards (oxandrolone is a white crystalline powder after all) rather than an organized seizure. I’m familiar with what a seizure looks like, and this doesn’t seem like one. I’m not sure if you’re able to see my previous orders or not, but I had a larger successful order (120 grams total) at the same address last year and there’s no reason why USPS would be suspicious of my address.

Is there any other information I can give you that might help? I’m just as confused as you are here.

  • If a picture was taken with the stuff going inside the box, how would that prevent the source from taking it outside of the box before they shipped it?

The only way to prove this would be for someone to put the product in the box, seal the box, take it to the post office and drop it into a mailbox that can’t be retrieved, without any breaks or gaps in the video shot by someone that works independently of the source, one continuous video of a felony in progress.

This would be the only proof a customer would logically accept.

  • @“thurgo” Source has claimed the pack was reshipped. Can you confirm so we can close the thread?
